Massachusetts Legislature Threatened with Paycut if No Vote on Gay Marriage

In an act of unethical despiration, presidential hopeful and outgoing Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney is threatening to hold back pay for state legislators until there is a vote on banning gay marriage in Massachusetts.
